Winchester Model 42

Description:
1947 Winchester Model 42 very clean .410 Gauge. She just came back from Simmons Gun Repair in Olathe, KS with extractors replaced and now has a clean bill of health from Simmons. Butt stock is Exhibition with full Feathered Crotch.  LOP is 14 and 1/4  inches, drop at comb is 1 and 5/8 inches, drop at heel is 1 and ¾ inches, and drop at Monte Carlo is 2 and ½ inches. The cast off is 5/16 inches. The bolt and shell lifter are both jeweled. The fore stock matches the butt stock. The barrel is 25 and ½ inches choked Full with Bradley front white bead and white mid-rib bead. The action is smooth and slick. The wood is one of a kind. Over the years I have shot this 42 sparingly at .410 Sporting Clays Events. My age and health is now mandating I give up my clay target shooting. Price reduced from $4,000 to $3500..
