Vintage Winchester Model 36 Shotgun in 9mm Flobert Shotshell
** Scarce & Interesting Gun! ** SOLD
Description: This unique little shotgun was made by Winchester sometime between 1920 and 1927, when the Model 36 was in production. It has a 17" smoothbore barrel and was designed to fire 9mm shotshells or 9mm Flobert, primarily for pests and vermin. It is almost 100 years old and has a few minor marks in the stock and the factory blue finish has turned to a uniform blue/brown patina. The bore in this Winchester is superb, bright and clean with no pitting, dents, bulges, or imperfections of any kind. This little Winchester is great in that it is an "untouched" example that has never been altered or "improved" in any way. Ammunition for this little "garden gun" is readily available online, and in fact we will include both a full and a partial box of Focchi with the purchase of this Model 36. This is a very uncommon little Winchester that would be an excellent addition to any gun collection and would be a lot of fun to shoot as well.
