Factory documented and lettered by Cody. #4 engraved, 2 ¾” chambers. First set, 26” barrels choked WS1/WS2. Second set, 28” barrels choked IM/F. Non-automatic safety, single trigger, ejector. Gun was made in 1947, then in 1949 it was engraved with #4 pattern, fitted with a pistol grip skeet stock and re-checkered by the factory and also have the original straight grip rounded frame stock made by the factory. The gun has remained unused since that time. This is a special rounded frame custom frame with many custom features. Water table, barrel flats, and forend are jeweled. Matted rib, capped pistol grip, checkered butt, multi point checkered beavertail forend. 16ga custom grade guns are extremely rare and one that is factory engraved with two sets of barrels is almost unheard of.
