***SOLD***1949 Vintage Winchester Model 12 20 Gauge w/ 28" Barrel & Fixed Modified Choke
Description: ****SOLD**** Here we present a nice Winchester Model 12 20 Gauge pump action shotgun. Manufactured in 1949, this Model 12 features a 28" plain barrel, fixed Modified choke, gloss blue finish, smooth walnut stock, grooved walnut forend, and Pachmayr recoil pad. This Model 12 retains most of its original blue finish but shows light high-edge wear, scattered handling marks, and finish thinning on the bottom of the receiver. The original walnut stock set is in great overall condition and shows no signs of major damage or cracks. Both the stock and forend do show various scattered handling marks and the stock has one small chip at the base of the grip. The stock does have a Pachmayr recoil pad installed but does not appear to be shortened. The bore of the 28" barrel is mirror bright and shows no signs of pitting. The action is buttery-smooth and functions flawlessly. This Model 12 would make an outstanding field gun for most upland game and/or a great addition to any collection.
