Winchester Model 12 SKEET grade 16 ga. SR. Scarce!
Description: Beautiful Winchester Model 12 Skeet grade with a solid rib barrel in scarce 16 gauge. S/N 1058508 made in 1946. 26" solid matted rib barrel, choked WS-1, 2 3/4" chamber. 97% original Blue. Wood has some light handling marks. Nicely figured and colored deluxe wood set with crisp cut checkering. Red Bradley front sight, silver mid bead. Bore is excellent, as are all mechanical functions. *This is a very difficult gauge and grade of Model 12 to find, especially in such nice shape. I seem to encounter more so called 28 gauge than I do 16s these days. This one has a few light marks/impressions scattered about, but an exceptional example overall and a worthy placeholder for most any fine collection.
