Description: ***SOLD*** Winchester Model 1912 16ga pump action shotgun, dated to 1915, the second year after the 16ga version was introduced. This shotgun features walnut furniture with a checkered grip and corncob forend, in addition to a fine blued finish and takedown option, allowing for easy transport. The chamber measures 2-9/16", which is correct for the early 16ga model 12's. The shotgun is in excellent condition, especially considering that it is 104 and years old. The barrel retains a fine original blue, with the original finish remaining on the receiver, with some areas of loss and wear, as shown. The action is smooth and the bore is brilliant and smooth.
