The Winchester Model 50 automatic shotgun was produced in limited quantities
in the 1950’s. In its standard, all steel model, it remains the very best quality
automatic shotgun in the industry, smooth functioning and practically indestructible. Simple to take down and reassemble, all parts are machine
milled, not stamped, and many parts, especially barrels of the same gauge,
are interchangeable. I have seen them emerge from behind the seat of more
than one truck on opening day where they have remained since the last
season, uncleaned, and go right into action. I have never heard of one being
worn out.
This model 50 skeet gun is equipped with a 26" V.R. WS 1 barrel. LOP is 14 1/4".
It has nicely figured wood and shows 97% of the original blue on the metal. It is
an early production gun, serial #3017. $750. OBO
