Winchester Model 21 Deluxe Field 20 Gauge with 28” Vent Rib Barrels Factory Choked IC/Mod -- Great Bluing and Highly Figured Wood – Mint Condition

Description:
   ***   SOLD   ***   High condition 20 gauge Model 21 Deluxe Field with what appears to be original bluing in fabulous condition. Straight grip stock and beavertail forearm in highly figured AAA American walnut with crisp checkering and high gloss finish. Gold-plated single selective trigger. A stunner! Weighs 7lb 4oz. Serial number 17906 made circa late 1940’s to early 1950’s.   ***   Rare 28” vent rib barrels factory choked Improved Cylinder and Modified. Chambered for 2-3/4” shotshells. The right barrel is bored 0.615 with a constriction of 0.010 for Improved Cylinder choke. The left barrel is also bored 0.615 and has a constriction of 0.020 for Modified choke. The photos do not do justice to the high gloss finish on the bluing on the barrels and the action. A few handling marks; that’s it.   ***   The straight grip stock and beavertail forearm are made of highly figured American walnut with checkered side panels. Beautiful high gloss finish with very crisp checkering. Stock dimensions are 14-5/8” to a checkered butt by 1-3/8” by 2-1/4”. Neutral cast. The finish is excellent but there is a small scratch on the lower right edge of the checkered butt.  ***   Where else are you going to find a 20 gauge Model 21 with 28” vent rib barrel, factory choked for IC/Mod, with excellent bluing and fabulous wood? There aren’t many left in this condition. Don’t let it get away.  ***   I only sell to US residents. I am an FFL and will need a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL. I give a 3-day non-firing inspection period and will only accept returns at buyer’s expense. The buyer will be very pleased with the condition of this firearm.
