Here we have another Model 21 Grand American 20-gauge set, COMPLETE WITH A FACTORY LETTER DOCUMENTING THIS MODEL 21 AS A BONAFIDE GRAND AMERICAN MATCHING THE FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS TO THE “T”.  It is one of only 82 factory documented Grand American sets built in 20 gauge in all the world.  Custom ordered with both sets of barrels (26” WS1/WS2 and 28” IC/M) having 3" chambers, allowing you to shoot true magnum loads from either set of barrels.  This Grand American, snW32312 built in 1974, matches the factory letter in all substantial details.  The specifications are shown below in full detail.  The only significant change is the original owner’s name was removed from the top ribs of both barrel sets and replaced with “CUSTOM MADE BY WINCHESTER”.  The new owner will appreciate not having another man’s name on his gun.  The wood is phenomenal, and the gun remains in 99% condition.  The factory case was not with the gun.  We custom fit an oak and leather case to the gun complete with accessories and maker’s label.  If you look closely, you will see the details we consider when making a righteous custom display case, ie. a custom fit to the gun so the barrels and action are not able to move within the case, leather at all wear spots, hold-open brace, and a recessed leather label.  This is a $2500 case and accessories.  ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE OF THIS GRAND AMERICAN IS THAT IT IS A TRUE FEATHERWEIGHT AMONG 20 GAUGE MODEL 21 GUNS, WEIGHING JUST 6LBS. 3OZ. WITH THE 26” WS1/WS2 BARRELS AND 6LBS. 7OZ.
