For sale model 12 heavy duck gun date of manufacture 1955 serial number 1516570 chambered for 2/3/4 and 3 inch loads gun appears to have been fired very little comes with a thirty inch solid rib barrel. Gun comes with great looking wood. LOP on this gun is 14/1/4. The recoil pad is a white line in excellent shape. The late owner of this gun owned a gun shop at one time. This gun is a lot of quality even without the original stock. Stock may have been replaced because the owner didn't like the extra weight of the lead which they normally came with. Winchester back in the day would make up all kinds of guns for employees although I tend to think the stock was changed, great wood to metal fit regardless. We will never see quality like these guns again. I have been shooting a model 12 trap gun for the last twenty years , thousands of rounds later I have replaced the firing pin that's it. This gun should should go to a waterfowl or turkey hunter or someone who likes a quality shotgun.
