The Winchesters produced by The Japanese manufacturer Kodensha have a well-earned following amongst the ‘people who know’! These extremely well-made guns are hand engraved, hand checked, and feature chrome plated bores and jeweled barrel flats. Manufactured between 1963-1987, this gun- serial number K220227 was built around 1972. This Winchester 101 over/under has mirror bores and a beautiful factory blued finish complimenting the rich wood tone. The furniture is in overall superb condition but shows two imperfections on the right-hand side stock near the action. If you would like the two blemishes repaired Vintage Firearms Inc has three skilled Gunsmiths/stock makers at the ready, please call to enquire. Weighing 6lbs. 10oz and choked Mod/Full this is an ideal gun that can be carried with ease on long upland hunts.
