The Molot Vepr-12 is a spiritual successor to the famous Saiga-12 shotgun, which was banned from importation during the 1990s. It is a classic AK-style shotgun, chambered for 12-gauge, 3-inch shells, with some classic and some new features. It is equipped with a folding stock, AK style sights, short AK style forearm, right side charging handle, and wide trigger guard for use with gloved hands in winter. New features (again compared to older AK style shotguns) include a receiver top mounted picatinny rail for mounting optics, two-slot picatinny rail for mounting a flashlight on the right-hand side of the forearm, and an ambidextrous safety with thumb extension, allowing the user to keep their hand on the pistol grip and operate the safety at the same time. This example is in excellent condition. There are a few places where there is some finish wear, but nothing major. It comes with its original box and would make an excellent defensive firearm. It has seen very little, if any use. It comes with one 8-round and one 12-round banana mags, and a 25-round drum magazine.
