New firearms come with the manufacturer's warranty (if any).  If there is any damage or defect not specified in the listing or depicted on the listing photos, please contact us immediately and DO NOT take possession of the firearm.  We will not reimburse any dealer, shipping, transfer fees, parts or repairs for damage or defects found after you take possession of the firearm.

 

• USED FIREARMS: Used firearms are sold "as is." It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the firearm prior to taking delivery from the transferring dealer.  We offer a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when the firearm arrives at the transferring FFL dealer. A refund (minus all shipping and insurance charges) will ONLY be provided if the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING OR DEPICTED ON THE LISTING PHOTOS. You must contact us before returning the firearm and it must be returned in the exact condition it left our store.

Shipping:

• Default shipping is UPS Ground, fully insured.  The cost of shipping is $40 plus the cost of insurance (calculated at 1% of the sale price).  Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day) is available.  Contact us for a shipping quote.
• Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will incur additional shipping fees.  Contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
• No international shipments.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment (money orders, cashier's checks, and credit card transactions) and transferring FFL dealer’s complete information.
• The UPS tracking number is provided by e-mail upon shipment.
