Victor Sarasqueta Model 25 Grade 6 Sidelock Shotgun

Description:
12 gauge, 2-3/4". Serial number 211695. 25-1/2" barrels with narrow Churchill Model 25 style rib. Fixed Cylinder & Full chokes. Case colored sidelock action has full coverage Arabesque Scroll hand engraving. Features include; double under lug locking, cocking indicators, double triggers & selective ejectors. Straight hand walnut stock & splinter forend have point pattern hand checkering. LOP 14-1/2" to checkered butt. DAC 1-5/16". DAH 1-13/16". Stock has a slight cast off. Weight 6 lbs, 7.6 ozs. Water table of barrels are marked with date code "Q1" indicating 1972 mfg. Victor Sarasqueta was known as one of Spain's premier makers of fine shotguns from the 1930's until their absorbtion by Diarms in the early 1980's. Gun retains over 98% original blue & case colored finish. Stock finish shows small handling marks & scratches with a small repaired chip & hair line crack behind top tang. Action is tight & on face with sound mechanics. Very nice bright bores. Priority mail to FFL $40.00.
