Vintage Firearms Inc is pleased to offer this lightweight, upland gun from Ugartechea, one of Spain’s premier gunmakers well known the world over for making solid, well finished and affordable guns.  This is an affordable, solid gun IN 98% FACTORY ORIGINAL CONDITION CHAMBERED FOR 16 GAUGE SHELLS JUST IN TIME FOR YOUR UPCOMING BIRD SEASON, AND AT AN INCREDIBLE PRICE.  In today’s world of modern side x side shotguns built in Turkey, Russia, and elsewhere to be cheap but clumsy guns, the value in a fine Spanish gun cannot be understated.  Built by gunmakers, not CNC machinists, people who spent their whole life building fine guns with hand fit parts and attention to details, including the handling dynamics of the gun.  This “Uggie” serial number 180631 was built in 1986.  The 27 1/2” barrels are choked Skeet/Light Mod retain 99% factory original bluing, mirror bores, extractors, and ribs that ring like bells! The action shows 97% factory case color, excellent screws, and a lever sitting right of center. the English style stock and splinter forend have excellent hand cut checkering has a generous length of pull of 14 ½”, the gun balances perfectly on pin and wears a Kick-eez recoil absorbing pad. Wood to metal fit is superb. This must be the very best value available for a fine upland side x side.  Specifications are below, and thanks for looking!
