FABBRI O/U 12 GAUGE
Description: This beautiful Fabbri Over/Under shotgun made in 1983 is fitted with some of the most exquisite wood I have seen to date, this beauty is matched by the extraordinary engravings from Claudio Tomasoni. This fine firearm is not only a wonder to behold, but fantastic to shoot as well, as its barrel set was sent to Ken Eyster for tuning. Additionally, this gorgeous Fabbri shotgun is the first gun in a composed pair, with its mate being E626 made 4 years later in 1987 to the exact same specifications but with somewhat different engravings. Overall condition is very good, with no serious external wear outside of the expected areas for a gun that was used consistently. The stocks have a few light scratches from use and the faintest hint of a hairline crack at the top tang. The receiver is externally perfect, however there is a small burr causing the forend to hang up slightly when being installed, but is unnoticeable otherwise. The only fault that may need addressing in my opinion is the rib, it is near imperceivable, but the first inch or so from the muzzle has started to separate.
