Purdey Extra Grade 12ga. SxS 30" Barrel Ken Hunt 7 Gold Engravings Formerly Owned by Ambassador True Davis

Description:
Beautiful Purdey extra grade finish side by side 12ga shotgun.  Has 30" barrel with fixed full left barrel and modified right barrel.  3" chamber. SIngle trigger. Beavertail forearm.  Was engraved and signed by master engraver Ken Hunt.  Contains 7 gold inlays.  Left side of revceiver is a grouse.  Right side receiver is 5 ducks.  Under receiver is a dog with duck in mouth.  The wood does have some handeling minor marks, all of which have been pictured.  

This firearm was originally owned by former US Switzerland ambassader True Davis.  He held many other US government jobs.  His initials are placed with gold inlay on underside of stock as pictured.  This comes with original factory hardcase as pictured. True Davis name engraved on the top of the case. 

LOP measures 14.75". 1.5" drop at comb and 1.75" drop at heel.  Neutral cast.
