"SAN ANTONIO ENGRAVED IVER JOHNSON SKEETER .410 SHOTGUN (S16797)

Description:
"Custom Iver Johnson Skeeter Engraved and silver plated with a custom stock and forearm. Engraved by master engraver Edward Joe Machu, a well known engraver from San Antonio TX for over 50 years before his passing in 2021. Along with his design being chosen for the 50 year Alamo Wing coin for the 433rd Military Airlift Wing, his work has been published and can be found in multiple Texas museums. SN: S30260 made circa 1930’s. 410 side by side with 26" barrels and a single white bead, 3" chambers and fixed chokes measuring .007/.014 (MOD/FULL) with excellent bores. Box lock non-ejector with double triggers and a manual safety. 14 ½" LOP to a basketweave Pachmayr pad with a drop of 1 ¾" to 2 5/8" and an overall weight of 6lbs 5oz. Custom stock and forearm with hand cut checkering and the original branded grip cap. Receiver, trigger guard, forearm iron and barrels are hand engraved with the receiver being signed “ENGRAVED BY ED J MACHU" and silver plated. Overall  in very good condition.
