Boxlocks - A good friend was telling me this week that a lot of the vintage guns have "soul." I agreed and when I am now looking over this old lady I feel her soul. A little tatty from the long trail but still tight and well made with excellent bores, she is certainly fit for much more use on the bird hunting trail.

A little tatty from the long trail but still tight and well made with excellent bores, she is certainly fit for much more use on the bird hunting trail.
*This is the type of gun with enough character that if I encountered another hunter in the field and he or she carried this gun with pride, I would be jealous of their good fortune and wish I had a gun with soul like that........
