Description: This Remington Shotgun was produced in June of 1942. The shotgun's serial number is 462492. It is fitted with a 20 Inch Cylinder choked barrel chambered to shoot the 12 gauge shells. This Remington is in new unfired condition! It has the proper Ordnance wheel stamped on the left side of the stock. The receiver also has the U.S. with the flaming bomb stamp on the side of the receiver. The barrel also has that U.S. with the flaming bomb on top of the barrel. This barrel is also serial numbered to this shotgun. There is no sign of being fired at all! The bolt face is in bright unmarked condition. The original bluing would rate a 100% condition. The stock and handguard is in minty condition. This is an early model Remington when Remington used up all of the civilian frames and guns on hand to start the Military Orders.
