Mossberg Model 500A 12 Ga Early Production Walnut Stock

Description:
*SALE PENDING* This is one of the nicest Mossberg Shotguns I have seen and appears to be of early production as there is no serial number found. The gun is fitted with a beautiful grain Walnut stock and forend.The forend has vertical grooves and the rear stock has a Mossberg logo recoil pad in perfect new condition.The blue is excellent rated at 99% with a faint scratch on the left side receiver. The wood is also rated 99% with a small ding on the edge of the pistol grip bottom. The bolt has a fish scale pattern etched into it which I have not seen before. There is wear showing on the action bar and magazine tube from racking the pump action slide.The barrel is a 28" plain barrel with a vintage brass bead and the choke is Modified with a 23/4" chamber.This shotgun was made in North Haven,CONN U.S.A. and so marked on the receiver bottom and barrel.If you like Mossberg Firearms this is a nice Collecter Piece in Minty Condition.I will ship this shotgun to a FFL within the Continental US for $30.00 .AK,HI and CA will pay actual shipping cost.
