NIB Mossberg Pro Turkey.  In Mossy Oak Greenleaf the choice of most pro turkey hunters.  In a move to extend their new line of autoloading shotguns into the Turkey hunting fields, Connecticut-based Mossberg announced this week the release of two new optics-ready 12-gauge 940 Pro Turkey shotguns. Unique to the growing Mossberg 940 Pro line launched in 2020, this model boasts cuts in the receiver designed to accept the direct mounting of low-profile micro-dot sights (Shield RMSc pattern). For those not interested in hunting with an optic, the gun includes a HiViz CompSight front fiber-optic sight atop its ventilated rib, which complements an X-Factor XX-full ported choke tube.  The 940 Turkey is available in two barrel lengths, 24 and 18.5 inches, and features a full Mossy Oak Greenleaf camo treatment. Beyond that, it hosts many of the advanced features that set the 940 Pro shotguns apart as a whole, including an oversized charging handle and bolt release, beveled loading port (with a redesigned elevator), hard-anodized aluminum plunger, texturing on the forend and stock, as well as a 1.25-inch adjustable length of pull.
