This is a very hard to find, rare Merkel 400E. 16 gauge. 27 5/8" bbl. Choke full/full. 2 3/4" chambers. Absolutely incredible factory original, unaltered condition. Near perfect, except for the minor dents and handling marks. All evidenced in photos. 1943 Gebrüder, Suhl Germany manufactured. Proof marks Nazi era. 14 11/16" LOP, 2 3/8" DAH, 1 9/16" DAC. Cast: Heel 1/8" off, Toe 1/4" off. Weight 6lb. Double triggers. Find another. Extremely lightly used. Trades considered.
