Krieghoff M32 all gauge set. Crown Grade by Walter Kolouch

Description:
Krieghoff 32 12 gauge O/U shotgun.  This is a factory 4-barrel skeet set.  

This gun was profusely engraved by well-known engraver Walter Kolouch in a Krieghoff Crown Grade motif.  The left side has a white gold eagle flushing 3 yellow gold pheasant.  The right side has a white gold fox/coyote flushing 3 yellow gold mallards.  The bottom has a yellow gold crown and “Krieghoff Model 32” inlaid in gold.  The frame is finished in fine scroll and gold wire.  The barrels are all engraved, and each gauge is marked in gold.

The wood was done by Dockwiller in a beautifully grained and finely checkered, matching pistol grip stock and forearm. The stock work was probably completed about the same time the engraving was done.  Dockwiller was the stockmaker in Calfornia who stocked most of the factory Crown grade and Super Crown grade guns that were made in that era.  The Dockwiller gold diamond signature in imbedded in the pistol grip cap.

The set is mechanically perfect and comes cased in a premier Americase.  Cosmetically the is some fading of the blue on the bottom of the frame and several light handling marks in the stock.

The 12 gauge barrels are fitted with Briley thin wall choke tubes and both are Cylinder.  No wrench or extra tubes come with the gun.

14” LOP over a 1” Limbsaver pad.  1 ½” DAC and 2 1/8” DAH with neutral cast.  8 lbs. 3 oz.
