Handy and hard to find Ithaca Lewis Model 4E 16ga

Description:
Beautiful early Ithaca Lewis model Grade 4E 16ga built with original 26" Damascus barrels, double triggers, ejectors, and auto safety. Splinter forend is nicely checkered in wave border pattern with engraved pushbutton release. The casehardened boxlock receiver is beautifully engraved in game scene and scroll as seen in the photos. Capped pistol grip buttstock is of American Walnut and is nicely figured and checkered in Fleur-de-lis pattern and terminates with its original Ithaca Gun Co. hard rubber buttplate. 

Gun remains in very good all original condition with more than 85% original damascus pattern. Frame with about 50% light original case color remaining. Stocks are sound with most of their original finishes remaining. Gun is tight and sound with mechanics being excellent. Bores are bright and shiny.
