H. Holland 12 ga aide lever hammer shotgun
Description:
This H. Holland was made in 1875 (a few months before the firm changed names to Holland & Holland), is a side lever hammer 12 ga with 28" cut down barrels and 2.5" chambers. DAH is 2 1/4", DAC is 1 5/8", LOP is 14". It weights 6 lb 10 oz. Chokes are cyl/cyl. I had the barrels refinished in the spring of '17 by Brad Bachelder and the pattern is very beautiful! I've shot it extensively with low pressure reloads and it functions perfectly. I had my gunsmith measure the the wall thicknesses, they are both 21 thou. It's an excellent shotgun, I just need to pay for the upgrade gun I bought lol. Included with the sale is the letter and copy of the records I bought from Holand & Holland.
