This Franchi SL Instinct O/U SL in the very desirable 16 gauge with 28” barrels. Single selective trigger and ejectors. It was bought new by me about a year ago. It's in perfect condition: Stock is perfect and a nice dark walnut, all metal is perfect and the bores are like mirrors as I've put only about 8 boxes of factory target loads through it. And I keep my guns clean. The looks of the factory extended choke tubes in IC, Mod and Full were not my cup of tea, so I acquired 5 flush-mount tubes for the gun to make the looks more pleasing (to me) and increase the gun's versatility for hunting doves and upland birds. These tubes are specifically made by TRULOCK for this shotgun . I acquired these chokes:
Cylinder - .670, Improved Cylinder -.660, Modified -.650, Improved Modified -.645, Full -.640. The gun is very well balanced, beautiful and weighs only 5.8 pounds. I have added an ACTION leather slip on recoil pad to the gun to increase the length of pull to 15 1/4” from the factory 14 1/4” as that fits me better. It can easily be removed if one would want to – the original factory rubber butt is still in place on the gun. The gun has no issues whatsoever, I'm only selling because my knees have dictated that my upland hunting days are unfortunately in the rear-view. I have other shotguns I can use for the clay games.
