We are proud to bring to you this pre-war A.H. Fox Sterlingworth Deluxe side by side shotgun chambered in 20 gauge.  This shotgun was originally manufactured in 1933.  Sometime during its life, the wood and barrels have been refinished.  The case color on the receiver appears to be original but patinaed.  The 28 inch barrels display the 2 site beads of the “deluxe” model.  The bore are bright and shiny and no pitting on the inside.  The roll marks are pretty crisp.  The fixed chokes remain to be at full and modified.  The action opens and locks smooth and tight.  The double triggers break crisp and clean.  The wood has been refinished and an aftermarket pad was put on.  This would make a great shotgun for any bird hunter.

Layaway Program
20% of total cost deposit required at a minimum.  There is no refunds on layaway unless approved through us.  Items that go past the dead line will be given an extra 15 days before they are relisted.
$1-499: 30 Days
$500-999: 60 Days
$1000-1499: 90 Days
$1500+: 120 Days
 
Consignment Information
$1-299 items will be charged 20% flat seller's fee
$300-499 items will be charged 15% flat seller's fee
$500-4999 items will be charged 13% flat seller's fee
$5000+ items will be charged 10% flat seller's fee
 
Refund/Return Policy
Returns are accepted!  If you purchase an item and are not happy with it, return it and receive 100% of the total cost, including transfer and return shipping.  
Firearms- 7 day, no fire return on firearms if you are unhappy with it!  If an item was sent that doesn’t function properly, we will fix it for free within a timely manner.  If we cannot fix the item, we will issue a full 100% refund or credit on a different firearm, your choice! 
Non-Firearm Items- 7 day return policy.  If you purchase an item and are not happy we will refund 100% of all costs incurred as long as it’s in the original condition we shipped it in. 
Damaged/Broken Items during shipping- If an item is damaged or broken during shipping, we will pay to have it fixed by the Gunsmith of your choice at no cost to you or refund 100% of all costs encurred, whichever you choose.
Layaway- All Layaway items are non-refundable unless broken or damaged. 
 
20% Re-stocking fee for items bought that were accurately described that you just don’t want or impulse bought.
 
 
Shipping Information
All items purchased will be shipped in a timely manner by using either USPS or UPS.  All items shipped are fully insured for the complete cost (Item and Shipping) of the buyer.  Generally our items are shipped within 3 business days of completing the transaction.  All shipping prices are for the LOWER 48 STATES only.  Additional shipping costs will be added at the end of the action for Alaska and Hawaii.  We will ship internationally as well, if legal.  We ship to California as well!  All firearms will be shipped to your local Federally Licensed Firearms dealer only!  All non-firearm items will only be shipped to the address registered with .  No acceptions!  Tracking will be provided when the item is boxed and ready for shipping.  It is the buyers responsibily to ensure their dealer has sent a copy of their valid, signed FFL.  We will not track it down.


Legal Information
We always abide by local, state and federal laws.  Please know your local and state laws before .  Items won by buyers in states where the item or accessories with the item are not legal, will not receive the illegal item.  If your state or county doesnt allow high capacity magazines, the mags will be removed and no discount will be given.
