Description:
For Sale:  Lefever FE Grade 12 gauge Shotgun.  30" fluid steel barrels, double triggers, ejectors, cocking indicators, and automatic safety on/ off screw.  S/N 52678..  14 3/8" LOP to Silvers style pad.  Drop at comb is 1 5/8" and drop at heel is 2 3/4".  The barrel bluing is 99% and the receiver case coloring is approximately 50%.  The bores have some minor imperfections but are otherwise bright and shiny.  The barrels are choked I.008" and .013".  The gun locked up tight as new and the break lever retains its original position.  Of all the American made doubles the Lefever is probably the most impressive in features, strength and finish.  The receiver has a spherical barrel inset so the gun will never be loose.  Unlike other doubles the ejectors are machined into the receiver.  This gun also comes with a custom beaver tail forend hewn, checkered and finished by George Flaim.
