The Summit Sporting is an efficient shotgun designed for breaking targets and taking game.  Every feature is carefully conceived and executed.  The receiver is designed to withstand a lifetime of competitive shooting, high volume field shooting, and hunting with the heaviest of loads.  When you compare the thick receiver walls and large bearing surfaces with any other over and under, it becomes clear this gun is designed for durability.  No matter how unlikely they are to wear out, the trunnions and locking lugs can be easily replaced.  The nickel steel action is finished in Invisalloy protective finish, for a lifetime of use without showing wear.  The barrels are chrome lined and hard shot capable and is supplied with a well thought out set of screw-in chokes; C/C/IC/IC/LM/LM/M/IM/F, a perfect selection that covers all types of shooting sports. The well-figured Turkish walnut stock features fiddle back and has a mild right hand palm swell (can be removed, re-checkered, and finished here in our shop if you want it neutral, please ask for details), a hand-rubbed oil finish with only a few handling marks in it, and perfect checkering and wood-to-metal fit, the forend is complete with an elegant Schnabel.  The comb is adjustable for fit. The specifications can be seen in the tables below.  The gun is in excellent condition, with barrels still tight on its trunnions and breech face, the lever is Right of Center, and the ejectors are well timed, there is a small blemish to the finish on the barrel as shown. The trigger pulls measure a perfect 4.3/4.3lbs on both pulls of the single selective trigger. A gun for all seasons and all sporting endeavors. Thanks for looking!
