Browning Model 42 Limited Edition Grade 1 .410 Bore w/ 26 inch Vent-Rib Barrel ** Excellent Condition **
Description: With only 6000 produced from 1991-1993, the Browning Model 42 was a reproduction of the sought-after Winchester Model 42 that was produced from 1933 to 1963. This Browning Model 42 features a 26" vent-rib barrel (Choked Full), 3 inch chamber, .410 bore, checkered walnut stock and forend, and gloss blue finish. This Model 42 retains almost 100% of its original gloss blue finish with the exception of light handling wear along the magazine tube. The walnut stock and forend are in superb condition with the exception of one very small dent on the left side of the forend and one shallow ding on the top of the grip. The checkering on the stock and forend is still sharp and crisp with no visible imperfections or wear. The action is super smooth,has a positive lock up, and functions 100%.
