I have for sale a nice little Browning Model 12 Grade V in the great 28 gauge. As most of you know these were a project taken on by Browning and they produced these in the early 1990's in 20 gauge, 28 gauge, and in 410. They built them in grade I and grade v. This gun is in grade V featuring four gold ducks on one side and two English Pointers and a grouse on the other. The grade V guns all had nice wood and this one goes a step beyond nice with beautiful grain pattern. All of these guns came with 26 inch barrels and a vent rib, and modified chokes. They all had nice 22 lines per inch checkering, and stock dimensions of 1 1/2 X 2 1/2 X 14 1/8 over a hard Browning butt plate. Many of these guns were set aside and never fired, kept in their boxes for collections. That is not the case with this gun. This little 28 has been hunted and shows the marks on the stock and on the receiver. If you ever wanted one of these to actually use and not feel guilty about this would be your gun. Even though it has some marks it will still catch every eye when pulled from the case and you can save a chunk of money on this one. While there may be some marks on the gun the action is smooth as glass. Price of this gun is $1400 plus $50 shipping to your FFL. As always there is a three day non-firing inspection period with the buyer paying shipping charges if returned.
