   ***   SOLD   ***   Handsome and great handling high grade AyA .410 bore Model 4/53 boxlock ejector with 29” barrels. The frame and fences are profusely engraved and the bluing is excellent. The beautiful engraving is matched by a highly figured European walnut straight grip stock and splinter forearm. Single selective trigger. Weight is 5lb 5oz making it easy to carry for day afield.   ***   The 29” barrels are chambered for 2-1/2” and 3” shotshells. They are topped by a raised, solid concave game style rib with a white front bead. The right barrel is bored 0.408 with a constriction of 0.004 for Improved Cylinder choke. The left barrel is also bored 0.408 and has a constriction of 0.009 for Modified choke.   ***   The straight grip stock and splinter forearm are made of highly figured European walnut. The checkering is crisp. There are a few small minor handling marks from normal usage. Stock dimensions are 15-1/8” including a 1/2” recoil pad by 1-3/8” by 2-1/4”. Cast off for the righthanded shooter.   ***   This great handling double is a handsome and lethal upland shotgun with its 29” barrels.
