Pin fire 12ga exquisitely chisel engraved E. Bernard double barrel shotgun in astonishingly excellent condition throughout

Description:
Emile BERNARD – Manufacture d’Armes de precision E. Bernard, Belgium, Liege, 56 rue Mont-Saint-Martin (Manufacture of precision arms E. Barnard), company founded in 1845 specialized in de luxe hunting arms. BERNARD used the best alloys available to produce his guns. Double Lefaucheux locking key. All reciver surfaces are 100% overed with elaborate floral chisel engraving, and includes panels of game scenes on lock plates and trigger guard. The but plate top strap is also chisel engrevad in floral pattern, and attachent screwheads are also engraved. The damasus barrels have mirror bright bores, and the damasus pattern is 99% present and bright. Lokup is tight  as new with no sign of firing/gas leak on the fences. The hamers were broken off of the gun by a prvious owner. The left tumbeler has been replaed and ready for refitting its repaired hamer. The right tumbler needs to be replaced, and its hammer is in tact. The stock is sound with no craks, but has gouges which are repairable. There is no rust of corrosion visible on this firearm.
