Yugoslavian Zastava M24/47 Scoped Rifle

Zastava M24/47 built in former Yugoslavia by the Kragujevac Arsenal in Serbia. The M24/47 is chambered for 8mm Mauser and is simply a Yugoslavian version of the Mauser K98k. This rifle was fitted with a 2-7x32 scope with special mounts that secure to the original rear sight base. One of the scope turret caps shows some damage (dented, scraped) but is still removeable. 23" barrel with shiny bore. Includes addtional scope mounts/brackets, a sling, and the original rear iron sight with leaf spring so it can be converted back to original configuration quite easily. The rifle is in very good condition and retains most of its original finish. The wood is quite good as well as the only significant damage are a few shallow dents just forward of the magazine floor plate. These likely could be ironed out. Non matching numbers. Serial number E4855
