Description: Scarce Collectible Winchester 67 .22 SHORT Smoothbore Boys Rifle Just acquired and up for sale as a November special is this very scarce variation of the classic Winchester Model 67 single shot rifle. This specimen is the short barreled “boys rifle” made with 20” barrel, chambered for .22 short cartridge and for collectors this is a SMOOTHBORE variation. The rifle has not seen much use but was improperly stored and when acquired had some surface oxidation which we have cleaned off. The result on the barrel is a spotty patina mix of blue with grey patina. The bore is excellent. There are a couple of light bruises and other storage marks on stock.
