Winchester Rifle - Model 61 - .22 caliber SLR - brand new factory fired only - gun was build in 1946 given to the husband upon first birthday home from the war although he was happy for the gift he didnt want anything to do with rifles any longer because he carried one for 5 years in the war, so he put it in his closet. The rifle sat there until his death, upon which his family found the gun and decide to sell it at the local gun shop. At the time my husband was there and was fornature to be abe to purchase it as it was being sold. I have had it for approx. 35+  years and its been sitting in my closet and now I am down sizing and upgrading my collection.
