Beautiful Winchester 70 Target rifle in 220 Swift caliber that remains in complete and exceptional condition with correct and matching sight package, along with the original under-forearm hand stop.
S/N 208766 with matching scribed bolt made in 1952.
98% original blue, 97% original wood finish with only minor impressions and no cracks. Barrel channel is clean, and not glass bedded or routed out like most.
26" medium heavy target barrel has minty bore and throat. It has standard factory drilled 6x48 holes for a scope block if so desired.
Factory issued Lyman 48 WH receiver sight that works perfectly and has all matching component #s. The front sight is a Lyman 77R globe type with ghost ring insert. I will throw in a tin of numerous other inserts to choose from.
A really nice and unaltered example for your collection!
