Description:
24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with full length magazine tube. Fair bore with scattered light roughness that would benefit from a thorough cleaning. German silver blade front sight and sporting rear. Metal surfaces have turned mostly a plum/brown with the frame being more gray/brown. Crisp tight action. Walnut stocks are in good condition with handling mars and dings throughout. Forearm has a little extra figure to it. A good old Winchester made in 1897 that should make for a good Cowboy Action shooter.
