.50-95, #49137, 30 inch #3 barrel, blue and case color finish, thick wall/round top receiver, walnut stock and forearm, correct sights, letters as stated, letter was addressed to "Australian Arms s", number and initials (17253/JR?) stamped on top of barrel at the receiver, believe it to be a "registration number" and inspector, 1891.

Condition: excellent bright bore, 90% barrel blue with a couple of rough spots, 90% receiver case colors darkening, excellent wood, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
