This carbine mfg. date 1875. Clean good wood, good plum metal, functions properly. All orginal 5 land barrel. The odd item is someone cut dove tail sight and 2nd. barrel band for better front sight.
I do have a repro 1st. model sight for it. Just like most of these older guns they were modified for owners use. They were just a tool for most people. I will have my collection for sale at Louisville
