24 inch round barrel shows about 40% thinning finish turning brown. Very good bore that is near bright showing just a little light pitting mid-bore with strong rifling throughout. Original sights include No. 21 Sporting front with Nickel Silver insert and No. 22 Sporting rear. Receiver shows about 60% finish starting to brown showing light wear and handling marks. Hammer shows a good deal of case coloring with the lever showing just faint traces. Features a full length magazine and a crescent rifle butt plate with trapdoor. Action is crisp and tight. Walnut stocks are solid and full fitting with light wear and handling marks. Manufactured in 1887.
