serial # 227XXX, 1901 mfg, 26 inch half round- half octagon barrel, half magazine, crescent buttplate, a Lyman #21 receiver peep sight, lots of nice original blue, some blue wear on the takedown band and on the receiver bottom near the serial number, 95% barrel blue, 85% receiver blue,
excellent bore and action, original wood varnish with some light handling wear, nice burl walnut stock and forearm, $65 shipping
