Winchester Model 94 carbine in caliber 30-30. Standard configuration rifle with 20" round barrel, full magazine and shotgun butt with plastic Winchester logo butt plate, plain walnut stocks, plain trigger, straight grip, blued finish, open sights. Serial number 4899281, made in 1981, one of the last top eject Winchesters before the advent of the rebounding hammer, the "angle eject" receiver, and also one of the last ones still marked "Winchester" before the change to U. S. Repeating Arms Co.
Barrel and mag tube retain 90% bright original blue. Receiver has flaking and wear at the front 2/3 from carry, with the back 1/3 retaining 90% bright original blue. Bore is an 9.5 of 10, bright and shiny. Action is smooth with a properly-working half-cock safety. Sights are original, including the front sight hood. Mag tube is tight with no wobble. Stocks are sound with no splits or cracks, never sanded or refinished, still tight and even with the metal, exhibiting expected nicks and dings from handling and use, having a few dashes of white paint. Honest carbine that will make a good hunter/shooter while gaining value as a collector due to its configuration.
No international sales. Must ship to FFL license only. Payment by personal check, bank check or postal money order (sorry no credit cards). 3 day non-firing inspection. Buyer pays return shipping. Packed with care and shipped USPS Mail with tracking.
