Winchester M1885, Low Wall, .22 Short, 23” barrel, Restored, c.1890, ANTIQUE  SN:40646

Description:
          ***  PRICE REDUCED ***  This restored M1885 Winchester Low Wall Rifle has 23” barrel chambered in .22 Short caliber. Notice that the screw holes in the receiver are not dished, a sign of a quality restoration. The barrel is in its original finish and has a sharp bore with just a bit of corrosion evident in the grooves. The outside of the barrel shows some minor freckling but no pitting of corrosion. The bore condition is likely the reason investment was made in restoration. The receiver, Lever, Hammer and Butt Plate have been color case hardened. The falling block has been polished and blued. The action is tight and fully functional. A tang rear sight and a globe front sight, with a selection of inserts have been fitted.  The original wood showing the expected normal use has been retained. This is a nice M1885 Low Wall for your Winchester collection.

SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $60.00.

RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 30 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
