Winchester Model 490 Semi Auto 22 Looks Like Winchester model 100

Unique and not often found one of the few semi auto 22's produced by Winchester (real New Haven Made Rifle).
Full rifle not youth sized gun which resembles the once very popular model 100 deer rifles perhaps intended to provid a practice gun for the man who's big game rifle was a model 100 (we have included pictures of this gun next to a 100 so that the resemblence may be seen.
This gun has been well used and not especcially well cared for with a little crud and small imperfections to the blued surfaces. There is a tiny chip behind the upper tang however the overall conditon of the one piece stock is good to perhaps very good with most original finnish remaining. The cosmetic condition of the metal is fair which we are calling 70 to 75% but could clean up some. Comes with one factory 5 shot mag (clip) and an inexpensive Tasco variable 1/2" variable scope. We have a number of better quality older period correct scopes if anyone wants to upgrade; pls inquire we sell most used scopes at bargain prices.
