which dates to 1959. Overall this rifle is in very good condition with very slight amounts of blue wear and a few insignificant dings and dents in the wood. The wood has however had a coat of high gloss varnish added to it. I believe that the varnish that was added was done by a professional since the checkering is still crisp and the rifles overall appearance is actually improved. All the original parts of the rifle are in place, from the sling swivels, to the red rubber Winchester recoil pad, to the hood on the front sight. Judging from the bolt face and the over all condition of the rifle, I don't believe that this rifle has been shot or carried very much at all. No California sales, sorry. This rifle, as with all used guns, should be inspected by a trusted gunsmith before firing. We offer a 3 day, non-firing, inspection period, with buyer paid return privileges, with insurance. Packing, shipping and insurance will be at actual costs.
