24 inch tapered round barrel chambered in the desirable 405 WCF caliber with a very good near excellent bore. Original sights include ramped blade front and a flattop sporting rear. Barrel retains about 75% slightly dull blue. Receiver has been cleaned long ago and is a gray patina with traces of original blue in the protected areas. Stocks may have a little finish added. Complete with a rifle style buttplate. Crisp action. Comes with a nicely tooled leather scabbard and a picture of the previous owner standing next to a moose he bagged. The scabbard has a marking "GEO LAWRENCE CO" over "Portland OR" Also some numbers "3", "24" and "26". Good color on the leather. Gun looks good and along with the scabbard and photo makes this a nice outfit from 1919.
