Winchester Model 1894 30 WCF

Description:
Fine condition Winchester 1894 in 30-30 (30 WCF) caliber. 
26" octagon barrel with full length magazine tube. Crescent buttplate.
S/N 424256 made in 1907.
This is a very solid rifle with an excellent bore and flawless mechanical function.
The finishes are completely original and untouched with strong and clean bluing on the barrel, mag tube, and much of the receiver. There is some notable flaking and carry wear on portions of the receiver, but no corrosion or ugly undertones. The wood is sound with no cracks and it has never been sanded or refinished in any way, showing the typical light to moderate use and handling marks of a working gun.
Original sights consist of a blade front, Winchester 22 series rear w/ elevator, along with a marbles tang sight.
A fantastic and affordable piece of history in a great caliber that will likely still be going strong for another century or so!
