VERY RARE WINCHESTER MODEL 1890 SOLID FRAME RIFLE IN CALIBER 22 SHORT
Description: 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Short caliber. Original open sights and a good bore. Barrel is mostly a plum/brown patina. Case colored receiver is mostly a plum/nickel color. Hammer has traces of case color. Wood retains good traces of original varnish. Rifle style buttplate. These solid frame 1890's are pretty scarce as only about 15,000 were made and this one was made in 1891.
